I work out to be more fit, feel better, and much more. At some point I said to my self: "Why not do that AND help those in need?" It's a win-win deal because deciding to raise funds definitely boosted my motivation. I walked 40K to raise funds for refugees ("De nacht van de vluchteling") and got donations amounting to almost €500. Now I am upping my game: I just registered to run a 10K and raise funds for UNICEF. I have never run 10K and hope your support will help me in my training and in the run itself. Thanks in advance!
